Mercedes House is a modern and cozy vacation home located in the heart of the Varadero (Old Town), in Puerto del Carmen. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy impressive sea and horizon views, with the port just a few steps away and beaches like Playa Grande within walking distance. Additionally, it is surrounded by a wide range of leisure options, making it the perfect place for a seaside vacation.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower equipped with hair dryer, magnifying mirror and quality toiletries (gel dispenser, shampoo and moisturizer), spacious living room with TV with English and European channels, Wi-Fi, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It also has a terrace with sunbeds and outdoor furniture to enjoy sea views.
The possibility of renting a parking space is offered (upon request and with a daily rate). For more information about prices and availability, do not hesitate to contact us.

Location beautiful and quiet, but close to restaurants and supermarkets and shops, and close to sea shore walk, balcony in front of the port. We rent also house parking place, very comfortable.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 11. Mal auf Lanzarote, doch dieses Mal war es mit Abstand am Besten. Das Appartement mit dem sagenhaften Ausblick auf den Hafen war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit . Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Andres war super und problemlos. Es wurde uns bei Problemen sofort und zu unserer Zufriedenheit weiter geholfen. Das nette willkommen Paket mit dem leckeren Wein und den tollen Oliven und den vielen leckeren Sachen hat uns sehr gefreut. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
