Casa Capricho is a charming vacation home located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, offering a comfortable and cozy design with spectacular sea views from its own terrace. You will fall in love with its proximity to the lively main avenue, Avenida de las Playas, the stunning Playa Grande, and all the entertainment options in the area. It's perfect for enjoying days at the beach and having fun. Additionally, we have a reliable fiber optic WiFi connection with speeds of approximately 200 Mbps, making it the ideal place for remote work from home.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and high-quality toiletries (gel/shampoo and moisturizer dispensers). The living room features a 47" screen, satellite TV with channels in English and throughout Europe, as well as WiFi access. You'll also find a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has a furnished terrace that includes an outdoor shower area.
Air Conditioning:
We provide a courtesy credit in the air conditioning coin meter.
Once this credit is used up, you have the option to refill the meter with coins in euros, following the instructions on the device.
The house has a security alarm system connected to Securitas Direct. This does not compromise the privacy of our guests, as it is activated only in the event of unauthorized entry to the property.

Upon arrival, we knew we had picked well. The accommodation was immaculately presented throughout and had a really good vibe. The small welcome pack was really nice and everything within the accommodation was well thought through. For example, the addition of beach towels, a hairdryer, extra towels. The top level terrace was a joy to use. The location is spot on for being in the centre of the resort and just a minutes walk to the promenade and beach was excellent. There are some lovely restaurants in the area. The road outside is fairly quiet as it is one way but the pavements are quite narrow so folk just need to be mindful of that. Having visited Lanzarote for the last 11 years Puerto Del Carmen has become our go to place. We have used this company for another stay which was as equally impressive. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and we can't wait to return. The hosts were amazing and any query was dealt with very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their accommodation app was a new concept for us and this was brilliant. It gave all the advice a person could ever need. All in all a ten out of ten Couldn't fault anything.

Facilities are cleverly maximised and interior design is thoughtful clean and contemporary, especially compared to the hundreds of PDC properties we researched before booking. Location is a huge added bonus a five minute walk for a morning swim or an evening cocktail, but far enough from the avenida to be unaware of it in the evenings chatting on the patio. The perfect PDC stay.
